Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been shipped or delivered.

However, if an order is incorrect due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, an incorrect quantity, or a product that was damaged during fulfillment, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

All refund, replacement, or return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that the issue resulted from our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

To help us review your request, we may require:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests when:

  • The product was used, mishandled, or improperly stored after delivery.

  • The request is based on reasons unrelated to our fulfillment of the order.

  • The customer provides insufficient information to verify the claim.
